Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Running unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify groundbreaking ideas and potential opportunities
- Planning and running A/B tests of our latest proposal calculations
- Proactively monitoring our proposal models to identify potential issues, determine main drivers, and resolve
- Assembling new tools that enable us to be more efficient and effective
- Working closely with our product, design, and AI partners to drive business growth and success
- Conveying key insights and proposals to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization
Responsibilities
* Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify groundbreaking ideas and potential opportunities
- Plan and run A/B tests of our latest proposal calculations
- Proactively monitor our proposal models to identify potential issues, determine main drivers, and resolve
- Assemble new tools that enable us to be more efficient and effective
- Work closely with our product, design, and AI partners to drive business growth and success
- Convey key insights and proposals to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization
- Collaborate with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of data analysis and insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and machine learning
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Inside and out experience with SQL (total capabilities, query development, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.)
- Top-to-bottom experience with Python and Python tools (Jupyter notebooks, libraries, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)
- Experience with exploratory planning (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business-independent direction
- Familiarity with AI calculations/procedures (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a cooperative attitude
- Ability to collaborate and proactively communicate with partners
- Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen, scientific abilities, and technical skills alongside critical thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
