Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, assisting customers over the phone, online, and through email. You'll troubleshoot questions on website navigation, have conversations on complex financial decisions, and help customers make clearer decisions about their financial future. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including technical expertise, critical thinking, and a foundation of arenaflex's life insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues from start to finish
- Learn, retain, and apply knowledge of numerous product offerings across several different businesses
- Use technology to drive customer self-service and identify opportunities to enhance processes
- Think on your feet, be flexible, and create solutions for a variety of personalities and customer types
- Shape the customer experience, efficiently troubleshooting challenges across multiple channels
- Identify other potential customer needs and offer tailored solutions that improve financial wellness
- Collaborate with peers and leadership on process design, training innovation, and company events
Essential Qualifications
* Financial services industry knowledge is a plus
- College degree strongly preferred
- Strong people skills, with a proven record of dependability
- Punctual and reliable attendance is critical to the success of a fast-moving, inbound service center
- Ability to learn and retain a large amount of technical information in a relatively short period of time
- Receptive to detailed and frequent performance feedback
- Proficiency with a keyboard and window-based applications, including Internet
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team environment, as well as work well independently
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to think like the customer and financial professional, with a passion to deliver top-quality service
