Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in a remote/hybrid arrangement. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, working with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. Key Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls.
- Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment.
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
- Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home.
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
- Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees. The salary for this role is $15.80 per hour, with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, paid time off, and access to up to 30% of your paycheck before payday to help with financial emergencies.
