Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our customer-facing operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing incoming customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger
- Conducting valuations of goods for trade-in customers, using online marketplaces like eBay as a reference
- Issuing postage labels and ensuring customers receive their payments
- Listing goods on eBay, when capacity allows
- Responding to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
* Process incoming customer inquiries and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct valuations of goods for trade-in customers, taking into account desired profit margins, postage costs, and other factors
- Issue postage labels and ensure customers receive their payments
- List goods on eBay, when capacity allows
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in using online marketplaces like eBay and social media platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
