Job Overview

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and managing our IT assets, ensuring seamless data flow, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our IT team to identify and resolve issues, develop and implement new processes, and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and manage IT assets, including data and business information systems

• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve data accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues
• Provide exceptional support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and training materials
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in data entry, IT asset management, or related field
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins or Docker
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or IBM Cloud
• Strong knowledge of data security principles and best practices
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
