Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey. You'll work closely with our customers, including the U.S. Space Force, to identify and accelerate their realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle. You'll also help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with customers to identify and accelerate their realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle

  • Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other enablement programs
  • Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms
  • Collaborate with arenaflex teams, including account managers, solution architects, and service teams, to remove obstacles, solve customer problems, and facilitate mission workload transformation
  • Develop and deliver business and technology projects, navigating risks or roadblocks and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment
  • Share best practice learnings into reusable assets for internal reuse to support the evolution of the arenaflex customer experience and/or Customer Solutions Manager discipline

Requirements

* 8+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
  • 8+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs in the U.S. Department of Defense (5+ of these years working with the U.S. Space Force) and 3+ years working DoD delivery/post-sales programs, with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience

Preferred Qualifications

* PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification

  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines
  • Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense compliance frameworks and security requirements, such as NIST the DoD CC SRG

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
