As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you'll be the front-line support for our customers, engaging with them through live chat on our website and various social media platforms. Your duties will include quickly responding to inquiries, providing information on products, sharing promotional sales links, and applying discounts – all aimed at creating a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Promptly address customer queries via live chat, offering solutions and support with a personal touch.
