Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats related to insurance policies. Your primary function will be to receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance policies, including coverage, billing, and policy modifications
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Utilize computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information, and to navigate system tools to resolve customer issues
- Demonstrate a natural ability to manage emotions and show resiliency during stressful situations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, ensuring that customer satisfaction and loyalty are consistently high
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have open availability during hours of operation
- Professional customer service aptitude and basic conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
