Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their insurance policies, and you will be expected to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies
- Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, while also escalating complex issues to senior representatives when necessary
- Utilize computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information
- Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in Oklahoma to be considered for this role
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
- Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production
- Must have a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and data systems
- Experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
