Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing logistics data and ensuring effective operations with our vendors. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and updating logistics data for assigned vendors with precision and timeliness
- Identifying and resolving any vendor or local delivery challenges that may arise
- Proactively communicating with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as required
- Escalating complex problems to supervisors for resolution when necessary
- Collaborating with various teams to rectify inaccurate merchant data and ensure consistency
- Collecting item-level data from merchants and aligning it with internal item numbers and descriptions
