Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases, collecting and updating information from employees and customers, and identifying and correcting errors. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining database accuracy by entering new and updated customer and account information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities, and processing customer and account source documents
  • Resolving deficiencies by using standard procedures and identifying and correcting errors
  • Liaising with employees and customers to collect information and update databases
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless data entry and database management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience with database management systems and data entry software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
