The Role
As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You'll be working in a virtual or hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work remotely and in our office.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound calls and responding to inquiries via email or other communication channels
- Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products
- Performing reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Addressing any questions or concerns potential customers may have
- Providing attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
- Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
