What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner * Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Utilizing product knowledge to educate customers and provide exceptional service * Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to measure customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):

To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar industry * Residency within one of the following states: Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee * A high school diploma or equivalent * Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers * Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including high-speed internet (> 40mbps) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
