Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries and general issues related to Internet purchases
- Issuing membership cancellations
- Fielding in-bound calls
- Responding to customer emails and live chat requests
- Maintaining a courteous and pleasant demeanor when interacting with customers
- Working collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year or more of experience in the Customer Service industry
- Previous call center experience is highly preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
- Proficiency navigating the Internet
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
- Must be over 18 years of age
