Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the face of our company, representing our values and mission to every customer interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
- Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
- Complete after-call information and data entry to the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
- Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience in a similar role at arenaflex or a related company

Compensation
* $12.00 per hour, with increases throughout the first year. Transitioning to a performance-based model
