Job Description

As an Online Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and pleasant experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight reservations, baggage concerns, and general airline policies. You will be the voice of arenaflex, representing our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
  • Provide accurate information regarding company policies, itineraries, and baggage procedures

Requirements
