About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service and sales support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat interactions on our clients' websites. Your primary goal will be to help customers find the information they need, resolve simple problems, and process their orders successfully.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, answering customer questions and providing sales links and discounts as needed
- Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully
- Work independently, following instructions and using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Use social media and website chat functions to engage with customers and provide support
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a live chat environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Squarespace or similar platforms
