Job Summary

As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility
  • Providing accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries
  • Thoroughly and completely documenting all customer interactions
  • Educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and benefits
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
