Job Description
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, and/or lead generation
- Fluency in English (native or near-native level)
- Ability to type at least 65 words per minute with above 97% accuracy
- Previous experience in live chat or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
