Job Description

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support
  • Resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Developing long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time through live chat, email, and phone support

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, and/or lead generation

  • Fluency in English (native or near-native level)
  • Ability to type at least 65 words per minute with above 97% accuracy
  • Previous experience in live chat or customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
