Responsibilities and Duties
As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and expertise to customers through live chat interactions
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to arenaflex products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service and support, including empathy and understanding in stressful situations

Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on technical support and customer service
- Knowledge of large corporate or hospital IT systems, with a strong understanding of top OS and brand environments
- Passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts at a customer's knowledge level
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and excellent communication skills in text form
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Perks
As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:
