Job Description
Join our supportive and collaborative team as an Inbound Customer Support Representative, where you will have the freedom and flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities
- Live answer all inbound calls for our property management division during normal office hours, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
- Pre-screen inbound calls based on motivation level and property details, with the goal of scheduling appointments and driving business growth.
- Fulfill tasks as requested by the Property Managers, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Enter all calls are logged and routed to the appropriate team member, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual with a strong background in customer service, preferably with telephone experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and execute each effectively.
- Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company, with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
