Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced In-Flight Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting passengers warmly and assisting them with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the flight, addressing passenger inquiries and needs
- Serving meals and beverages, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment, including the management of supplies and equipment
- Responding to and resolving any passenger concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Communicating effectively with the flight crew to ensure a safe and enjoyable flight experience
- Adhering to all safety regulations and emergency procedures
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or service-oriented environment is highly desirable
