Job Description

As an HRIS Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Global Mobility Team and HR Technology and Analysis Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Global Mobility Team (50% of role)

* Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro

  • Process vendor payment in PEGA
  • Process Concur requests for credit card payment (HR Corporate Card)
  • Access AssignmentPro and review employee expense reimbursement requests
  • Check receipts submitted by employees along with requested amounts (Approval will be processed by Mobility Manager or Senior Manager)
  • Perform various AssignmentPro data entry tasks for global assignees
  • Complete I9 E-verification processes
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Global Mobility Team

HR Technology and Analysis Team (50% of role)

* Data entry for new hires, terms, data changes, and documentation in Success Factors

  • Data entry and auditing for discrepancies in new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations in Success Factors
  • Prepare user guides or documentation required during data entry activities
  • Work closely with the existing HR Technology and Analysis team on testing needed during project implementation phases for Position Management, performance cycle, recruitment module, etc.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Technology and Analysis Team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Japanese and English bilingual skills
  • Knowledge of SAP systems (PEGA/Concur) and Success Factors Employee Central
  • Exposure and understanding of HR operations
  • Preferred experience working in global companies
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Access
  • Quick learning ability
  • Strong team player with a commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals
  • Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, respectful, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Organized and autonomous, with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented and flexible
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards when handling HR information

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree required

  • 1+ years of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities required
  • 1+ years of Success Factors experience is highly preferred
  • 1+ years of PEGA and Concur experience is highly preferred
