Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our customer experience team and ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and service. As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a reference point for our clients in all their interactions with arenaflex
- Working with multiple internal tools and software to monitor, organize, and resolve customer requests
- Collecting customer feedback, producing reports, and sharing them with relevant team members
- Interacting with multiple stakeholders, including external customers and internal teams such as software engineers, product managers, designers, and salespeople
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Act as a reference point for our clients, providing guidance and support on our products and services

Requirements
