Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team and play a critical role in managing our digital databases and providing exceptional customer support. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for inputting data, updating order statuses, and ensuring the accuracy of our digital records. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses, and ensuring the accuracy of our digital records.
  • Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer support by responding to queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Data Verification: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output to ensure accuracy.
  • Research and Analysis: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents and applying data program techniques and procedures.
  • Reporting and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and resolve issues independently.
  • Experience: Experience working in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$40 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
