Key Responsibilities

As an Email/Chat Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of client queries via email and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Analyzing client requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Taking ownership of client issues and resolving them on a priority basis
  • Utilizing help desk software and remote support tools to streamline support processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve client queries
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Email/Chat Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Graduation is mandatory (10+ three years of diploma can also apply)
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Proficiency in English and other regional languages

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience in a similar customer service or BPO environment
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
  • Self-motivation and a good team player
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including rotational day shifts and night shifts
