About the Role

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for representing the arenaflex brand on social media platforms, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering an engaging experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries across various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. * Provide accurate information about arenaflex products, services, and experiences. * Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution in a timely manner. * Monitor social media interactions to identify trends, feedback, and opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and escalate matters when necessary. * Maintain a positive tone and arenaflex-brand voice in all interactions. * Update customer records and provide detailed reports on recurring issues or feedback.
