Job Description

As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our extensive data systems. Your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and manage various types of data across different platforms. This role is essential for supporting various departments within arenaflex, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

* Input, update, and verify data across multiple platforms

• Conduct regular audits of data integrity and accuracy
• Generate reports as requested by supervisors and management
• Assist with team projects to enhance data management processes
• Provide support and training to new team members
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on data-related processes

Requirements:

* Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program

• Excellent keyboarding skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work

Essential Qualifications:

* Current enrollment in a college or university program

• Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required
