Experienced Full Stack Sales Director – National Accounts and Customer Growth

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our National Accounts and Customer Growth efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and developing and executing strategic plans to achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities:
As a Sales Director at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
Strategic Partner:
You will be a strategic partner to our customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their business objectives.
Customer Priorities:
You will provide direction to arenaflex's Senior Management on customer priorities and additional business opportunities, ensuring that we are aligned with our customers' needs and goals.
Contract Negotiation:
You will represent arenaflex as a business partner to our customers, negotiating new annual and multi-year contracts to support our business objectives.
Growth Target Planning:
You will create comprehensive annual growth target plans for each customer, following channel pricing guidance and working closely with our National Accounts and Operations teams.
Commercial Planning:
You will lead the arenaflex commercial planning process with our National Accounts and Operations teams, developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our customers.
Communication and Execution:
You will ensure concise and timely communication with our customers, providing appropriate tools and execution tracking to our Bottlers and field team to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives.
Customer Support:
You will collaborate with our customer support team to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Relationship Building:
You will develop and leverage top-level relationships with our customers, Bottlers, and National Accounts teams, working closely with them to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships.
Insights and Expertise:
You will provide channel, brand, and category insights and expertise to our customers, Bottlers, and National Accounts teams, helping them to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Customer Visits:
You will conduct regular customer visits with our Bottlers, National Accounts, and customers, gaining insight into opportunities and challenges and working closely with them to develop solutions that meet their business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You will collaborate and influence arenaflex's cross-functional resources to create value for our customers, based on their feedback and needs.
Sales Leadership:
You will lead our sales organization for assigned territory, leveraging your expertise to analyze and identify opportunities and establish goals to deliver on target.
Reporting and Analysis:
You will provide timely updates of sales, challenges, and opportunities to internal leadership and field execution, ensuring that we are aligned with our business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
7+ years of direct sales experience in the beverage industry, with a track record of successfully selling into multiple retail channels.
Customer Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience calling on key customers like Compass, Sodexo, or Aramark.
Self-Motivation and Organization:
Self-motivated and highly organized, with a strong desire to produce results and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think creatively and independently.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively intermingle with a wide variety of business professionals.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and analyze Nielsen/IRI syndicated data.
Travel:
Position requires substantial travel (35% by car and plane), including local and neighboring geographic territories.
Valid Driver's License:
Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $158,000 - $187,000, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits is offered, dependent on the position.
