Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to learn and grow with our organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents.
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity.
- Analyzing complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new technology enhancements, and provider modifications.
- Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile.
- Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce.
- Interacting with and embodying TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners.
Duties and Tasks
Some of the specific duties and tasks you will be responsible for as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex include:
- Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identifying and addressing client/advisor account exceptions
- Meeting regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies
- Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
- Troubleshooting internal/external system issues or concerns
- Identifying the root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
- Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
- Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands
