As a Data Entry & Auth Reviewer, you will play a critical role in reviewing and processing benefits data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with other professionals to determine auth validity and cause.

Responsibilities
As a Data Entry & Auth Reviewer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing available Auth for pending claims to verify due process was followed
- Data entering the pending Auth Client systems
- Ensuring legal compliance
- Referring suspicious or complicated Auth to investigators
- Collaborating with other professionals to determine Auth validity and cause
- Maintaining a strong understanding of Claims, Appeals, and Medical Benefits
- Proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information
- Knowledge of data entry and transcription
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefits data
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Experience or knowledge in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer is a plus
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve benefits-related issues
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Certifications Required
* MS Excel Certification
- Benefits Administration Certification (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of arenaflex's applicable plans.
