Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing data for integrity and accuracy before system inputs, acting as the primary audit point for Planned Demand quantities and allocations
- Resolving customer questions and issues promptly or referring them to the appropriate personnel
- Administering customer-required systems, including pricing, promotions, and item maintenance
- Maintaining customer-specific national and regional discount files within the employer and customer-based systems
- Coordinating with internal departments on promotions and new item processes for assigned accounts
What We're Looking For
* Associate degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of customer-related experience and account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in situations without direct supervision
