Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service, addressing queries, and providing technical assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, primarily through phone communication
- Identifying customer needs and guiding them in utilizing specific features effectively
- Updating our internal databases with detailed information on technical issues and valuable customer interactions
- Monitoring customer complaints on social media platforms and proactively offering assistance to resolve issues
- Collaborating with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds
- Keeping customers informed about new features and functionalities
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and communicating insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Assisting in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives
Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role
- Familiarity with the banking, telecom, or related industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively
- Patience and composure when handling challenging customer cases
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Graduation in any discipline or equivalent
- Fluent English communication skills are essential
- 0 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support or any international BPO
- Previous experience in the customer service industry will be advantageous
- Openness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required
