We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our Borrower Success Team, working remotely to help borrowers navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our users and contribute to our mission-driven culture.

Your Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
  • Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat to provide personalized support and guidance
  • Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs to ensure seamless enrollment
  • Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations that can help scale the team and improve user experience
  • Collaborating with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission
  • Bringing user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings

Recommended Experience

We're seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. Your passion for applying your talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major social issue is essential.
