Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to firm's customers who have or are looking to obtain a Life insurance policy through their employer
- Processing transactions, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Discussing various topics with customers, including:
+ Enrolling or changing their life insurance amount + Confirming or changing beneficiaries + Policy provisions (how policy works, exclusions, etc.) + Continuing coverage when retired or leaving employer + Status of customer requests + Billing inquiries
- Reporting to work in person during training (Monday-Thursday) and training virtually on Fridays
- Working from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a quiet, secure workspace
- Using video during interviews, coaching, and virtual training
- Being flexible with shifts worked, which may change based on business needs
- Working during the hours of operation of Monday-Friday 8:00am-11:00pm EST
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Ability to work under immediate supervision and report to an immediate supervisor
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- High-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace required for remote work
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
- Knowledge of life insurance policies and procedures
- Ability to work with diverse clients and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
