Job Summary

We're seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Trainee. Key Responsibilities

  • Elevate client experience, build trust, and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Executive team to identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies that drive results.
  • Manage price quotations, purchase orders, and customer interactions to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Work closely with our Senior Account Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic objectives through proactive and results-driven sales efforts.
  • Develop and lead solution development efforts through networking and strategy meetings to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels to build strong relationships and drive results.
