The Role

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and troubleshooting
  • Provide timely and accurate information to resolve customer concerns and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of complex problems

Essential Qualifications
