Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information regarding their warranty and ancillary products
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our warranty and ancillary products
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
Requirements
* High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, with exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
- Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
