Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including live chat and email. You'll work closely with our internal teams to stay updated on communication strategies, product knowledge, and service protocols. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer queries via live chat and email, providing accurate and timely assistance
- Participating in internal team meetings to stay updated on communication strategies, product knowledge, and service protocols
- Assisting in processing orders, returns, quality and service claims, including data entry and shipping label creation
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support sample orders and other customer-related initiatives
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Process orders, returns, and claims efficiently and accurately
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service protocols
Requirements
* Access to a reliable device (phone/tablet/laptop) with internet connectivity
- Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail and strong follow-through on tasks
- Willingness to participate in provided training sessions, no prior experience necessary
- Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data entry and shipping label creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
