Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process, providing top-notch service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
• Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates, or checking-in our cars at return
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions and driving a variety of vehicles
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lots and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
