Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Data Entry Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative - Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for data entry, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
