Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing product and service information to our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements
* Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve customer service and sales outcomes
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service and sales environment, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing
* Proven track record of success in a customer service and sales role, with a strong focus on building client relationships and driving sales growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a strong willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of our offerings
* Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
* Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and a strong understanding of sales and customer service metrics and analytics
