Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through inbound and outbound calls. You'll be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability will make all the difference in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues, provide information, and promote products and services
- Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients to provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Flexible availability, including varying shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- English language proficiency required for this position
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
- Goal-oriented with professional work ethics
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Previous Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer Service experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Work Environment and Requirements
* Work from home (remote) with a quiet dedicated space free from distractions
- PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
- Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
