We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent to join our team, working on 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers by monitoring alarm signals and dispatching emergency services as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner
• Dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as needed
• Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring that they receive the support and assistance they require
• Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and keeping them informed throughout the process
• Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch, ensuring that they are aware of the situation
• Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and timely responses
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all alarm signals and responses

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
• Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
• One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour)
• Experience in a high-stress environment
