Role Overview

As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our vibrant community of veterinary professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. You'll work collaboratively with our team to provide an exceptional experience, troubleshoot issues, and help evolve our platform to meet the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional user experience

  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide accurate and informative support
  • Work closely with our community to gather feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience

  • 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in chat support preferred
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
  • A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
  • A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality and excellent collaboration skills
  • Tech/start-up work experience is a plus but not required
