Job Summary
As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing prompt and accurate information to internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate, clear, and concise responses to incoming calls in both Spanish and English
- Perform processing functions necessary to facilitate first call resolution and reflect the accurate status
- Determine a plan of action to facilitate resolution outside of the Call Center, sending necessary requests to other units and utilizing proper escalation procedures
- Utilize the ability to navigate through designated systems of record, including knowledge tools to ensure accurate information is conveyed to callers
- Consistently communicate in an accurate, clear, and concise manner both in writing and verbally, exercising sound judgment in initial responses and follow-up interactions
- Identify trends in call volume, utilizing outlined processes to analyze and escalate unusual or repeat issues, reporting these issues timely and accurately
- Participate in training for new projects and initiatives as they arise, ensuring you're up-to-date on the latest procedures and protocols
Requirements
* High School Diploma
- Must be a resident of either Indiana, Ohio, Kansas, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Tennessee
- Must be able to speak BOTH Spanish and English fluently
- All work must be performed in the United States for this remote role
- One year of Customer Service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Ability to pass Federal Clearance
- High-speed internet access (Minimum 10 MBPS upload speed and 100 MBPS download speed)
- Must use a provided ethernet cord and be hard-wired into your server from the router/modem
- Must have a cell phone/mobile device that can run the most recent operating system, downloading apps, and receiving cellular/wi-fi service to use downloaded apps
- Must be able to download an app on a Smartphone or tablet
- Private workspace or home office free of distractions and outside noise

- May require a U.S.A. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one
