Job Summary
As an Aviation Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one, from answering phone calls and responding to emails to coordinating logistics and providing exceptional service. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Schedule and Work Environment
* Work schedule: Thursday-Monday, 1pm-9pm
- Work environment: Remote, with occasional on-site visits to arenaflex facilities
- Physical requirements: Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screen to accomplish work.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer telephones, take and relay messages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
- Document service requests by completing an aircraft arrival form
- Coordinate customer lodging accommodation requirements
- Ensure rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrival
- Greet arriving/departing customers
- Facilitate customer and vendor catering requests
- Communicate service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance, and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio
- Inform customers of other services provided by arenaflex
Qualifications & Job Requirements
* Minimum two (2) years' experience in a customer service role
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
- Valid Driver's license
