Principal Field Support Representative

Basic Qualifications Minimum of 25 weeks of military technical training school, along with an additional thirteen years of related experience is required. OR, two years of directly related non-military technical trade school or the equivalent experience, along with an additional thirteen years of related experience is required. OR, Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or the equivalent experience, along with an additional nine years of related experience is required. Industry certifications are highly preferred.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. We’ll rely on you to conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Basically, you’ll troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications, you will conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
