Customer Support / Call Center Agent (US Market)
Sauti Contact Center is looking for highly motivated and professional agents with excellent English communication skills and a strong American accent to join our growing international team. The role involves making outbound calls into the United States, engaging professionally with prospects, conducting company research, and scheduling meetings. Candidates must be confident on the phone, quick learners, technically adaptable, and capable of working in a structured, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls into the US market professionally and confidently Complete approximately 3–6 quality calls per hour Engage prospects and work toward successfully booking meetings Conduct research on companies and contacts before and after calls Learn and understand technical concepts and processes quickly Accurately update notes and activities in the CRM system Provide daily activity and progress updates to management Collaborate closely with the team and remain accountable to targets and performance expectations Maintain professionalism and strong communication standards during all interactions
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English Clear and confident American accent Strong communication and listening skills Ability to learn technical information quickly Comfortable speaking with US-based professionals Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to follow processes and work independently Previous call center, sales, appointment setting, or customer support experience is an added advantage Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/computer Ability to work US business hours when required Apply To This Job
