About 800 Storage 800 Storage is a fast-growing Storage provider that offers multiple solutions to both businesses and individuals. Our mission is to leverage space capacities by providing a combination of space with the latest technologies and customer service practices to manage it. We are expanding our remote team and seeking passionate Remote Sales Agent to support our on-ground agents and help drive successful property transactions. Role Overview As a Remote Sales Agent , you will act as a key link between clients and on-the-ground agents. Your main focus will be to handle client communications, coordinate property viewings, and nurture relationships that lead to closed deals. What you'll do: Manage inbound and outbound communications (calls, chats, and emails) with prospective and existing clients Conduct sales calls with clients to qualify leads, address inquiries, and support deal closures Monitor, shadow, and optimize chatbot conversations to ensure quality lead handling and proper client engagement Review chatbot-generated leads and follow up with clients when human interaction is required Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience Maintain accurate client records and regularly update the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and improve conversion strategies Follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner across all communication channels What were looking for: Previous experience in sales, call center, or customer service Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is a strong advantage) Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills Comfortable working remotely and meeting targets What we offer: Remote work | Training & growth opportunities | Supportive team culture Apply To This Job
